Mr. Vixar Patel holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Power & Energy Systems from NJIT and is a registered Professional Engineer with 11 years of experience in electrical design, fire alarm, low-voltage systems, and construction administration for commercial, industrial, transit, and utility projects. He is a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (NAFI) and former Certified Marine Electrical Advisor (ABYC).

Mr. Patel has 7 years of forensic engineering experience in electrical accidents, failure, fire, and explosion investigations. His expertise includes power system design and analysis, protective device coordination, arc flash and shock hazard studies, and NFPA 70/70E compliance. He has conducted several power system studies, provided arc flash training, and participated in more than 1,000 forensic investigations, including solar installations, lithium battery systems, and fires involving buildings, vehicles, and marine vessels.
